£40,000 - £42,000 The role: Our client, a tier 1 Main Contractor, is currently seeking a Voids Supervisor to join their team in West London. As a Voids Supervisor, you will lead a team of Operatives, driving performance and ensuring high quality of works completed. This role will oversee a Voids contract. Your key responsibilities include: Oversee operatives and report on quality of work. Conduct regular one-to-ones, coaching, and performance reviews to inspire your team to excel. Partner with cross-functional teams to assess priorities and improve service delivery. Use scheduling systems to track workflows and implement strategies to meet demand. Site Inspections: Carry out site visits, inspect contractor work, and address quality issues. Order materials promptly, ensuring accuracy and budget compliance. Source materials at the best rates for value for money. Qualifications & Experience: SSSTS or SMSTS qualification. Proven experience supervising teams and managing budgets. Expertise in scheduling work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Experience supervising within Voids, Disrepair or Planned Works projects for a main contractor.
