Increase the sales of their floor. Take part in training programs to enhance product competency, customer service, CRM, VM, sales technique, stock management, and provide feedback on their effectiveness to the manager. Participate in the daily morning brief, sharing sales experiences and achievements. Provide training to new hires, introducing them to Brand philosophy and collection. Observe and apply Company policies and procedures. Assist in the daily operations of the store. Qualifications:

The ability to inspire, motivate and mentor a team. Excellent communication and ‘people’ skills. Planning and organisational skills, allowing deadlines to be achieved. Sales driven, and love being on the sales floor. Enjoy building client relations and understand the importance of CRM management. Decision-making ability and sense of responsibility.
