Supervisor - Maintenance Installation

The successful Supervisor will support the Asset management department. You will supervise and lead a team of highly skilled engineers on a nightly basis dealing with maintenance of the 1FM Fire contract. Working Sunday - Thursday 10pm-6am from our Pirin Court depot in London, E16 4TL.
As an established Supervisor with proven experience within TFL and ideally a fire Maintenance environment, you will have previous experience of supervising large teams in single or multi-site maintenance and installation activities.
What you'll do:
Lead and supervise teams of full-time permanent and contract staff engaged in all aspects of Maintenance activity. Assist with Scheduling and allocation of work. Managing Performance against operational plans. Ensure engineers complete all works to a high standard (first time fix). On-site supervision of engineers. Manage and conduct site Inspections, Vehicle Audits, and Quality Audits. Supervisor Key Requirements:
Understanding of Fire Isolations and faults relating to the 1FM fire contract. Ability to work in a fast-paced and reactive environment, looking at efficiencies to maximize the output of the team. Experience of leading large teams in single or multi-site maintenance and installation activities. Fire-based knowledge: suppression, detection, compartmentation. Full UK driving licence.
