Permanent Supervisor - Part Time

Every product we sell has many facets behind it – and our Store Supervisors are the people who bring that product knowledge to life!
As a role model of amazing customer service, you will achieve targets, maximize sales, and provide customers with the benefit of your product expertise. You will also assist store management in coaching new team members, helping them to settle in, develop their product knowledge, and enhance their customer retail skills.

Your Background
You will have retail or customer service experience, but what really sets you apart is your ability to sell. You will possess the communication skills, confidence, and outgoing personality needed to build rapport with customers and showcase product features. Ambition is key, as being a Store Supervisor is a stepping stone into your first management role. With our coaching, training, and support, you can develop quickly.
