Responsible to your core, you can be relied upon to assist with administrative and operational duties and general store security. Key Responsibilities

Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing the store, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge. Create amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression. Achieve sales goals and performance metrics & drive the store's success by being an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts. Perform other duties as required/assigned by the manager. Maintain compliance with company policies including health and safety regulations and inventory management. Take ownership over stock management and executing visual merchandising guidelines, contributing towards and delivering on store KPIs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

Demonstrated retail sales success Experience working in a customer-facing role. Supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential. Flexible and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles. Responsible for strategic visual merchandising execution of the store. Pushing boundaries with styling and product displays. Coaching and mentoring the wider team to upskill employees on visual standards. Providing the best sensory experience for those who enter the store with visually compelling displays and innovative commercial layouts each time a New Product Drops. Working Conditions
