Role: Supervisory Solicitor
Location: Office or Home based
Salary: £58,000 to £64,000 dependent upon suitability.
TMS Legal
is a Ferndown based law firm (ABS), specialising in claims against financial institutions. We have a close-knit team of 35 staff and are currently expanding the business. We have a vacancy for a qualified solicitor. Role: You will collaborate closely with the directors and senior management team. Day to day matter oversight and supervision with regards to financial claims. Daily review of random selection of claims at different stages for compliance, accuracy, and relevance. Daily management of exception reports. Weekly meeting with management team to feedback on issues / exception reports. Input into streamlining / improving the claim process and templates. COLP duties, supported by external specialist company. Training will be given. You will be fully supervised until you achieve the required level of competence. About You: You will need to be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years practice experience. You will preferably have some compliance experience. You will hold a current practicing certificate. You will be initially office based until you are fully competent, at which point you may choose to work from home / office or a hybrid of the two. Why TMS Legal?
