Our client is currently expanding across their Major Projects business to support a portfolio of project successes. To support this growth, they anticipate the need for a Subcontract Compliance Officer with experience in business central (ERP system) to manage and improve the supplier qualification process per OP-(phone number removed) and process subcontractor forms (PQQ). The opportunity will support our business on a 9 month duration with potential to transition into a permanent, staff role. Our client is a specialist in the delivery of engineering, construction, aftermarket and upgrade services to hydrogen, clean energy, nuclear, oil & gas, petrochemical and process sectors. Using the latest technologies, best-in-class engineering expertise and an industry-leading project management capability, they build, maintain and extend the life of customer assets worldwide. What will you be doing?

Day to day, you will ensure subcontractors' Annual Insurances are kept updated along with 3yr Due Diligence PQQ Re-Reviews of all Subcontractors, while progressing other newly requested Subcontractor PQQs. When required, you will also assist with Site queries for Subcontractor Orders on the ERP System and assist in managing HR Agency Orders. You will also ensure compliance of Subcontractors, Colleagues, and yourself with the company Code of Conduct. Key Relationships
