Supplier Quality Engineer Are you ready to drive innovation and shape the future of automotive manufacturing? We're seeking a dynamic Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team at Coleshill and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional quality in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

Your Role You will lead quality management for external suppliers, ensuring top-notch product quality and resolving non-conformances. You will also play a vital role in launching new products, fostering supplier relationships, and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Overseeing supplier process qualification and reviewing PPAP files for new product launches. Managing non-conformities, cost recovery, and supplier compliance using SAP QM and other tools. Conducting supplier audits, driving requalification processes, and supporting improvement initiatives. Monitoring supplier performance through KPIs and implementing preventive actions to enhance quality. Managing the incoming inspection team, ensuring training and smooth operations.

Your Profile A degree in Engineering or a related field. Experience in automotive manufacturing and supplier relationship management. Solid knowledge of APQP, PPAP processes, FMEA, and 8D problem-solving techniques. Strong analytical and communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
