Get ready to embark on a journey where our dreams are the only limits! Role: Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role is an outstanding opportunity to be part of the quality management at Dexory. The role primarily concerns developing and implementing onboarding, APQP activities across the Supplier base leading to sustained quality performance and monitoring. This role requires people to already be based in the UK and we cannot provide sponsorship. Responsibilities: Develop new and current Suppliers through key milestones and gateways to achieve part approvals and sustained quality performance, in line with Dexory end to end Quality Management and requirements. Conduct full Quality audits at supplier manufacturing sites, worldwide. Engage with multiple cross-functional stakeholder groups and Suppliers to manage Supplier sourcing through to full mass production, including quality audits, Supplier development, APQP, CAPAs, RCA, etc. Coordinate and support the Supplier Management process in the qualification of new Suppliers, maintenance of Supplier management files, part and process maturation processes from Supplier onboarding, through to full part approvals and mass production. Attention to detail and consistency in analysis. Communications with internal stakeholders and external Suppliers to resolve non-conformances and initiate action plans. Make recommendations to enhance the system and practices. Required Qualifications: Demonstrable experience (minimum 5-7 years) and proven track record in Supplier Quality Management. Good understanding and experience in ISO 9001. Registered ISO 9001 Lead Auditor preferred with experience in auditing. A degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering or science discipline. Thorough understanding of QAM, GMP, GDP, and ISO standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Competent use of Microsoft Office and Google sheets, docs and slides. Evidence of CPD in a QA / regulatory environment. Ability to change priorities quickly and deliver simultaneously across projects of different priorities and pace. Results driven.
