We at Syntech Recruitment are pleased to offer an opportunity for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join a highly regarded engineering business based near Gerrards Cross.
As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be providing quality engineering support to our clients' supply chain and Sourcing department. This role will involve extensive UK and worldwide travel, in the hunt for best machining and surface treatments suppliers.
Supplier Quality Engineer Duties:
Perform system and product audits of suppliers and co-ordinate the completion of non-conformance issues Maintain an up-to-date list of approved suppliers Perform initial assessments of potential new suppliers Maintain Zero-Defect improvement programmes Participate in internal quality investigations
Supplier Quality Engineer Profile: Proven experience and knowledge of AS9100 and CAA Part 21 Knowledge of AS9120 First Article Process Audit experience within an Aerospace, Defence or Automotive business Skilled in Microsoft Office applications UK Driving license required
