The Supply Chain Analyst, Replenishment Planner will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager. This role is responsible for providing support to the assigned analysts by fielding inquiries regarding product information, customer orders, and principal related questions. The Supply Chain Analyst will work in conjunction with the principal, sales, internal departments, and warehouses to solve all issues and questions. They will partner with other team members to explore opportunities for process improvements while instilling the company’s core values into the day-to-day operations of the department. Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with assigned Supply Chain Analyst by managing inbound orders and fielding inquiries regarding product, order, and principal related questions. Manage purchase order documentation in ERP and supplier portals. Track and trace inbound shipments, managing inbound KPIs. Collaborate and arrange freight with in-house logistics team, 3PL broker, or vendor. Communicate order updates to Customer Service department regarding ETAs and utilize reporting and analysis to highlight and understand gaps in supply. Execute stock transfers within the North American supply network. Prepare and manage customs documentation as needed. Resolve and troubleshoot issues. Process advanced ship notices, order confirmations, and receipts accurately and within guidelines, alerting assigned analyst of any potential issues. Work with internal teams and principals on receiving discrepancies and alert Supply Chain Analyst of any potential issues. Assist other team members as needed to achieve departmental goals. Attend and participate in department meetings and other department meetings as needed. Other duties as assigned. Skills: Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Required Qualifications: Obtained or working towards a Supply Chain degree or designation. 1-2 years’ experience in Supply Chain. Technical skills (MS Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word). Prior experience using ERP systems. Demonstrated problem-solving ability. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills. Detail-oriented. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business. Experience in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment: This job currently operates on a hybrid schedule rotating between in-office and remote work environments. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, and the hours of work and days are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise directed. Additional hours may be required as needed.
