Our offices are based in Seaham and Bishop Auckland and although we work flexibly, it is envisaged that this role will require both an offsite and onsite presence as per business need when required. About the Role The Supply Chain Controller will work in conjunction with Senior Managers and Team Leads to ensure that believe Property Repairs Team is developed as a flagship service that is great, consistent, and modern. Provide coordination and support on Property Repairs supply chain requirements to deliver a high-quality service whilst balancing cost, quality, and risk. The successful candidate will: Deliver end-to-end third-party contract solutions to ensure full coordination and support of operational delivery across the Property Repairs Teams, particularly supply chain and waste provision. Develop and build relationships with third-party suppliers and business streams to ensure a smooth and efficient transition of services provided and any issues affecting delivery are highlighted and acted upon to minimize the impact on operational delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Ensure that materials are fit for purpose, available, and reflective of the work undertaken within Property Repairs; van stock is available and replenished regularly, and special orders are tracked and represent value for money. Supervise, procure, and manage supplies for tools, equipment, uniforms, and PPE to maintain safety standards and operational efficiency. Assist with the analysis of trends in service delivery and ensure that all contractual key performance indicators are met or exceeded to deliver a first-class service within a right first-time ethos.
