Support the creation and execution of initiatives to improve our operating processes, systems, culture, and capabilities across the wholesale network. Analyse business operations to ensure regulatory compliance, customer service excellence, commercial value, and competitive positioning. Drive the communication and consistent implementation of best practice approaches and standards across the network.
