This vital role will ensure the engineering aspects of our supply chain, with the capability and tools to deliver all our programs to time, cost, and scope. It will involve creating globally recognized standards and governance accommodating the nuances in our different initiative types, regions, and engineering functions. Additionally, it will involve laying the foundation and preparing the organization for the emerging change. The person will also be responsible for program management of all global development projects and rollouts of the technology required to enable the effective operation of our supply chain service center network. YOUR GOALS

Programme Management & Governance:

Establish and lead an effective programme management structure for Supply Chain Engineering, identifying and managing dependencies, risks, and issues, and driving corrective actions. Responsibility for the programme key decision log. Programme Capability:

Support the development of effective programme governance, implement standardized tools, methodologies, and processes to enforce best practices, maintain compliance, provide actionable reporting, and ensure clear decision-making. Lead programme reporting capabilities tracking overall performance, risk/issue management, and benefits realization. Change Management:

Support to introduce and embed change management principles into ways of working for strategic projects, working with the dedicated change manager. Bring impacted stakeholders on the change journey with regular touchpoints to ensure well-executed initiatives that deliver the desired business outcomes. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience working on large-scale, complex, global change/transformation programmes, in either PMO capacity. People management experience. Operating in a matrix environment. Experience across different types of programmes (e.g., organization design, IT systems, business change) and different modes of delivery (agile, waterfall, hybrid) is desirable. Experience of building capability in project and programme management and demonstrating the value of effective programme management to the organization. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; experience presenting to senior management teams. WHAT WE OFFER
