Supply Chain Excellence Manager . In this pivotal role, you will motivate and guide a team within a fast-paced, high-performance environment. In this role you will be a results driven, experienced and highly adaptable Supply Chain Excellence Manager, leading change and aware of future industry trends. Your prime responsibilities will be to lead the SCE function and to support the Head of Supply Chain Management to define, develop and localise the departmental strategy. The Supply Chain Excellence function plays a pivotal role within SCM, taking ownership of and driving various critical areas including Lean Manufacturing, Productivity enhancements, Engineering Change Management, Digitalization in Manufacturing, and Method Study. As a key member of the SCM Leadership Team you will be a role model for the Siemens Healthineers Values and Healthineers Performance System (HPS). Your subject matter expertise will be instrumental in maximising profitability and supporting the success of our established site in Eynsham, Oxford, as well as our cutting-edge Industry 4.0 production facility opening in Bicester, Oxfordshire. Responsibilities:

Providing a clear vision and strategic direction for the department. The goal is to support MR growth whilst increasing productivity and resilience. Through our People and Leadership Practices (PLP), be an inspirational Leader and coach to your Team and the wider SCM organisation. Establish effective communication channels and collaborative networks with internal and external stakeholders, putting in place or contributing to regular Senior Team communications. Prepare regular innovative and professional reports on business and departmental activities, achievements, and challenges for the wider SCM Team and the Senior Management Team. Reporting should align with our digital automated vision. Develop core competence in IT system architecture within the team, taking ownership and setting the standards for SCM anchored to the global MR digitalisation team. Qualifications and Skills for the Role:

Educational Background:

A degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role. Professional Experience:

Extensive and relevant experience in manufacturing, including expertise in driving lean initiatives, managing engineering changes, and applying method studies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Strategic Leadership:

Significant operational experience in strategic processes, with a proven track record of leading or heavily influencing key strategy projects. Comprehensive analytical skills and a purposeful approach enable you to structure complex situations and define a clear strategy. Supply Chain Expertise:

Comprehensive knowledge of planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics in a global environment, with a strong focus on digitisation and automation across the supply chain value chain. Industry Connectivity:

Strong networking within supply chain forums and professional communities, keeping informed of the latest industry advancements and trends. Skills and Competencies:
