This is a key role within our supply chain team. The role focuses on providing great service to selected main accounts through great communication and timely provision of data. The job holder will be expected to liaise effectively across Barony departments and be the primary interface on day-to-day supply chain activities between the customer and Barony. This is a wide-ranging role which touches all areas of the business, so timely, proactive, and courteous communication is a given in this role. Headline activities and requirements for this role are as laid out below. The role operates within a fast-moving environment, and proactive management and timely escalation of issues is expected. Forecast entry – enter customers forecasts as per weekly planning cycle and SOP requirements Lead regular customer supply chain review meetings Participate in Weekly Planning, Monthly Business Review and other meetings as and when required. Ensure product transitions happen with minimal obsolescence through effective forecast and order control Liaise with the customer and Barony planning department to ensure all orders are produced on time and in full Finished goods product code maintenance. Ensure that correct codes are maintained in SAP forecast and Excel files. Prepare supply status reports for Barony management and customers as required Maintain key customer pricing - after quarterly pricing review keep the various systems up to date with codes and pricing Planning and booking transport for FG SKUs: Plan dispatches in accordance to Purchase Orders & production plan timings. Maintain daily communication with customer transport department, planners and hauliers Maintenance of Purchase and Sales orders. Ensure that: Monthly clearance of over produced volumes within volume tolerance. Products are dispatched on correct POs and to the quantities provided by the customer Sales Orders are raised and maintained A clean order book is maintained, with orders up to date and in line with what the customer has ordered Dispatch Administration: Ensure that: Paperwork is applied for and is ready for the time of dispatch (customs paperwork, DGNs, DNs, packing lists, SOs printouts) Paperwork contains correct references (ULE, DN, shipments number, SO number, PO number) Amendments are made in timely fashion should changes occur Where necessary, customer systems are updated Invoices to be raised within 24 hours of goods shipping Email response management Customer emails to be acknowledged within 3 hours and replied to within 24 hours Maintain constant communication with: Barony warehouse manager & team Customer Supply Chain contacts Barony factory planners / planning manager Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £25,020.00-£29,000.00 per year Benefits: Additional leave Company pension Cycle to work scheme Free parking On-site parking Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: Supply chain: 1 year (preferred) Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required) Work Location: In person Reference ID: SCM1JAN25
