Description
To support the Supply Chain manager to ensure that all products are delivered at the right place at the right time. Maximising business efficiencies and reducing wastage within the business.
What you'll do at Pasta Evangelists:
Responsible for Route optimization on a daily basis. Driver interaction. Order tracking and resolving any order issues. Manage and process the drivers weekly pay and submit remittance slips. Analyse data and create driver insights. Fleet maintenance of company vehicles. Management of crate and pallet pools. Sales order processing of retail and ecommerce orders. Customer service query insights and creating resolutions. Collaboration with kitchen/production at dispatch. Tech collab investigations into processing & structure of London platform. Assist with daily and weekly stock counts and update systems. Manage suppliers and work with distribution partners to ensure stock availability and delivery of all products (food and consumables) for eCommerce, Retail and Restaurant Sites. Manage the reduction of waste throughout our supply chain. Implement new stock and supply chain management systems and processes so that we can improve product availability. Ordering of raw materials and services. Improve ways of working to work more efficiently and reduce waste. Develop supply chain KPIs, take responsibility for analysing supply chain data and performance; management of our suppliers vs operational performance KPIs. Develop Supply Chain contingency plans.
Who you are:
You have proven experience in logistics planning and inventory management. Your exceptional attention to detail ensures accuracy and efficiency in all operations. You are an excellent communicator and can interact confidently with all levels of the organisation. You are computer literate and have experience using supply chain software. You are able to multi-task, prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions. You thrive in a team environment, contributing to common goals and fostering a positive workplace culture. ... A pasta lover!
