As a Supply Chain & Inventory Manager, you will oversee the supply chain, ensuring materials are available to support business growth. This includes strategic sourcing, inventory control, demand planning, and managing supplier relationships. You will also be responsible for the following: Manage daily supply chain activities: identify material needs, negotiate prices and delivery, and work closely with the admin team to support them with the order process. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to support business growth. Establish best practices for inventory forecasting, purchasing, and material control. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals. Evaluate, monitor, and report on supplier performance, addressing issues as needed. Support inventory control during stock counts and resolve discrepancies. The Candidate: Supply Chain & Inventory Manager

Proven supply chain/purchasing management experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with supplier development processes. Strong analytical and change management skills. ERP/MRP experience. A clear communicator, confident in challenging assumptions, detail-oriented, energetic, and results-driven.
