Process management: Manage the product and component ordering process with 3rd party suppliers and contract manufacturers, raising POs, production scheduling and reporting.
Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, ensuring the right stock levels across all locations while minimising overstock and out of stock.
Strategy & Optimisation Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking key supply chain metrics, reporting on progress, and supporting the Head of Supply Chain in adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve KPIs.
Supply Chain Optimisation: Oversee day-to-day supply chain activities, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements, and cost reductions.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within supply planning, utilising data and insights to enhance forecasting accuracy and optimise planning processes.
Risk Management: Proactively identify potential disruptions or challenges within the supply chain, supporting the Head of Supply Chain in implementing mitigation strategies.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales/marketing, NPD & logistics to ensure supply plans are executed effectively and in alignment with business requirements.
Team Management Team Management & Support: Provide leadership and guidance to less senior supply chain team members, stepping in to oversee key projects and day-to-day activities as needed. Act as a point of escalation for complex issues within the supply chain function.

Experience of working with 3rd party component and packaging suppliers and contract manufacturers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
Highly numerate and enjoy putting systems and processes in place.
Exceedingly well-organised, detail oriented, with an eye for detail.
Thrive in a busy environment, able to juggle and prioritise a varied workload.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills both internally and externally, as well as strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
You love finding solutions to interesting problems and figuring out how things work.
Knowledge of ERP systems.
