Our client, a successful food manufacturer in the Norfolk area, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and lead the end-to-end supply chain function at a fast-paced chilled food manufacturing site.
Reporting to the Site Director, you will be responsible for all supply operations and execution of plans as per customer demand.
You will have excellent communication and leadership skills. As a 'people person', you will manage, develop, and lead your teams. You will be KPI-focused based on safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery, and people development.
Skills and experience:
Working within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
Focused on continuous improvement, efficiencies, and LEAN processes
Strong communicator with direct customer contact
Budgetary/financial awareness
Planning experience
Leadership skills, keen to develop, educate, and drive change from within
The role:
Permanent
Monday to Friday
Based around 8.30am-5pm with flexibility as needed for business needs
3 Direct Reports
Sits on the senior leadership team
