Job Title: Medical Supply Chain Manager What you’ll be doing Supply chain: Innovation:

Drive the development of innovative concepts and solutions to introduce new medical products to the market, fostering continuous improvement and ensuring alignment with industry advancements and regulatory standards. Supply Chain Strategy:

Develop and implement supply chain strategies, policies, and procedures that align with company goals. Procurement & Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for the procurement of goods and services. Monitor supplier performance and quality standards. Data Analysis & Reporting:

Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain. Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, inventory levels, and cost-saving opportunities. Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain, including supply disruptions, inventory shortages, and transportation delays. Manufacturing:

Identify and evaluate opportunities to optimise manufacturing processes, enhance production efficiency, and explore new avenues for product manufacturing to meet business objectives and market demand. Regulatory compliance: Regulatory Compliance Monitoring:

Remain current with global regulatory requirements and guidelines for medical products, including MHRA, FDA, EMA, ISO, and other relevant agencies. Regulatory Submissions:

Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documentation for products. Coordinate the submission process for regulatory bodies. Audit & Inspection Management:

Conduct internal audits and assist in external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Risk Assessment & Mitigation:

Identify potential compliance risks and implement corrective actions to mitigate these risks. Training & Guidance:

Provide ongoing training and guidance to internal teams on regulatory requirements and compliance processes. Documentation Management:
