Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be a key part of the Site Leadership function and have responsibility for the end-to-end Supply Chain function, managing a team of 20 across Raw Materials, Planning, and Warehouse functions. A dynamic and charismatic individual, you will be tasked with promoting a culture of continuous improvement through providing greater responsibility and empowerment within the team. The ideal candidate will be of graduate caliber, coming from within a complex short shelf-life environment, which is certainly preferable. You will be an existing Supply Chain Manager or possibly an experienced Planning Manager looking to take on a bigger role with greater responsibility.
