Pod is thrilled to partner with a mission-driven start-up that has experienced significant growth over the past few years; they are now looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join their dynamic team in West London (5 days in the office). In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, working closely with the Head of Operations to manage inbound operations and ensure accurate stock levels at the factory through precise forecasting. Manage stock planning to ensure uninterrupted supply, stock holding efficiency and cash flow maximisation Own the demand forecast, clearly outlining gaps while identifying risks and opportunities Build and own relationships with external suppliers to ensure high standards are consistently met through the course of each supply contract Identify supply chain risks and put risk mitigation measures in place. Own and lead the risk mitigation to reduce/eliminate the impact on the operation, and more importantly, customers Deliver key initiatives to continually improve the performance and efficiency of the company’s supply chain About you:

3 years + experience as an Operations Manager or Supply Chain Manager in FMCG, ideally from a Start-Up environment Experience managing a team Proven expertise in demand planning, effectively balancing supply needs with minimising wastage risks Strong knowledge of forecasting and production order cycles Able to run and manage daily processes/tasks effortlessly which enables you to deliver on longer-term cross functional projects and process improvement initiatives to deliver financial savings Detail oriented and excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders Strong data analytical skills - you will have a demonstrably strong numerical skill set and advanced Excel skills (SQL, Power Query or VBA) Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity!
