Flair Group is currently working with an industry-recognized building maintenance and fit-out contractor. With national contracts and partnerships with the UK's most established companies, they are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join their team in Brighton.
As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for:
Identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers to support our operations Maintain and update a database of active and inactive suppliers Manage supplier performance metrics, including: Quote speed Quality (customer complaint rate, audit performance, certifications) On-time delivery Cost performance Volume allocation Evaluate quotes returned from suppliers and negotiate terms to achieve the best value Negotiate and manage master agreements with suppliers Monitor and report on supplier performance, addressing any issues promptly and effectively Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain activities with company objectives Drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes and supplier relationships Experience required: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or a similar role Proven experience in supplier negotiation and vendor management Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment A strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement in supply chain operations For more information please call Stacey at Flair Group.
