In this role you will be delivering excellent professional services within supply chain making sure that LEO Pharma products are always readily available for patients in UK/IE without any stock out situation. Serving as liaison between commercial, supply chain/logistics, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, and other relevant stakeholders, the selected person will be a business partner to Finance and Commercial lead. The Supply Chain Manager is also responsible for facilitating monthly S&OP cycle local and global, ensuring strong collaboration with distributors and the Global Logistics Team. Take part in supply chain related strategic initiatives / projects such as portfolio optimization, launch preparations and SKU Life Cycle Management Drive forecast improvements on PI/PX dynamic Support and drive local volume IBP process Develop local strategy for the future of Supply Chain in UK/IE Operations Coordinate orders and shipments with production Ensure valid and timely supply/demand control Insure adherence to inventory policy, FC ACC and proactive OOS mitigation Ensuring successful launch of new products with no Supply Chain interruptions Point of contact between supply chain, distributors, commercial, regulatory, and other key departments in HQ in Denmark Values & Mindset Behave according to the LEO values: Integrity, Passion, Adaptability, Innovation and Customer orientation Comply with LEO policies and guidelines Can do attitude, problem solving, accountable, ownership, team player, proactive Detail orientation, follow up Compliance with local procedures: Prepare and maintain overview and documentation of the processes and procedures for importing, storing and distribution Provide management with information regarding gross sales, local sales, orders, and discounts GDP key supply chain responsibilities such as audits and communication with health authorities This is a UK/IE office based position in our Maidenhead office with hybrid working options of up to 3 days working from home. To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: Graduate degree in Supply Chain, Finance or Logistics Substantial experience demonstrating a high level of supply chain processes and business understanding Pharma experience including knowledge of local regulations is essential Experience working in SAP and IBP is a requirement. Analytical skills - Uses formulas and computations to evaluate complex numerical information quickly, including the spotting of inconsistencies and trends Finance knowledge: including budget involvement experience, finance analysis, reporting and performance vs KPIs LEO Pharma is built on collaboration, innovation and curiosity.
