What the role involves

• Provide the necessary information and paperwork to support inbound purchase orders.
• O Support payment activities dependent on supplier payment terms.
• Coordinate container orders from suppliers to 3PL warehouses.
• Forecast 3PL replenishment requirements based on historical demand and new business activity.
• Produce trend analysis and reporting to support inventory planning and decision-making.
• Ensure supply partners provide purchase order acknowledgements.

Candidate fit

• Strong proficiency in data analysis, forecasting utilising technology including ERP systems and databases.
• Excel proficiency to an advanced level.
• Manage multiple streams of data.
