Supply Chain Solution Architect | Hybrid | Guararema The Supply Chain Solution Architect is a technical leadership role that oversees the consistent reliability of supply chain products, leveraging solution architecting skills critical to the success of our supply chain planning applications in BDS. This role is responsible for the architecture, design, and optimization of supply chain platforms for business users. The role operates globally and partners with business teams across the geography. What will be your key responsibilities?

The role is accountable for effective and proportionate governance to approve or reject high-level solution designs and solution architecture. Working with the development team, expected to work with the Vendor's team to guide and offer expert advice to ensure the application is built to the highest standards and meets business requirements. Accountable to assure the design is protected and the global/mandate processes are secured with deployed changes. The role is responsible for driving architectural governance in partnership with the business team. Participate in new design for solutions, services, and products together with Business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, Transformational programs, Strategic Functional Capabilities, Business Partnership, etc. Roadmap to achieve the target architecture:

Accountable for designing a roadmap to move from the current state architecture to the target architecture for the SCP portfolio of products. Responsible for developing integration strategies of SCP applications in line with business needs and meeting MARS EA principles. Responsible for assessing the impacts and approving all initiatives related to SCP products and services to support decision-making in design decisions. Stakeholder engagement and management:

Responsible for collaborating with business teams globally and regionally to ensure architectural support. Collaborate with several IT teams within MARS globally to align on architectural proposals. What are we looking for?

Candidate should mainly have an IT background. Strong Supply Chain Planning knowledge in functional and various SCP solutions such as Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, OMP, etc., preferably in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry. Design integration strategies for supply chain systems by ensuring seamless interoperability. Plan and manage data flow and communication between inbound and outbound systems of the SCP application landscape. What can you expect from Mars?
