About the Role
Insight Education is looking for passionate Supply Nursery Practitioners to support early years settings across the Sevenoaks District. In this role, you will step into a range of nursery and early years classrooms, ensuring that children receive high-quality care, education, and support in the absence of the regular staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be instrumental in supporting the care, growth, and education of children, and sometimes those with SEN.

Key Responsibilities
Support Children's Development - Provide care and guidance that supports children's learning, social, emotional, and cognitive development, with a particular focus on those requiring special educational assistance. Manage the Learning Environment - Create a safe and welcoming environment that encourages learning and engagement. Follow Nursery Policies - Adhere to nursery-specific policies on safeguarding, health and safety, and behaviour management.
Requirements
Level 3 NVQ in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent). Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting. A professional and positive attitude, even in challenging situations. Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
