You'll also be responsible for supplier management and for maintaining stock components in the ERP system - we are looking for a collaborative, problem-solving individual who is happy to delve into the detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage movement of stock across production sites needed for the next cycle and monitor safety stock. Create and share a forecast of materials with suppliers. Manage stock recount and reconciliation for each production site for month end. Taking on process improvement projects. Build and develop relationships with suppliers and co-packers. Lead and develop the team on a daily basis.
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate calibre or equivalent working experience. Proven experience in a planning role from a fast-paced FMCG environment. Experience managing a team or looking for a step up. Highly numerate with a strong attention to detail. Ability to manage stakeholders at varying levels. Strong IT skills, SAP advantageous.
This is a great opportunity for either an established planning manager. You'll be joining a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and you'll be working cross-functionally with other supply chain and commercial departments to achieve the wider company goals.
This is a hybrid role where you'll be required to be in the office 2 days a week.
Salary paying from £55,000 - £62,000 + bonus and benefits.
