The role: To be successful in this role you will need excellent communication and feel confident in delivering lessons to secondary aged pupils in the absence of their class teacher. Lesson plans, registers, behavioural management information, support and resources will be provided by the school. No planning or marking required, unless you are undertaking a long-term contract (to be discussed). Requirements: Must have a high level of English comprehension and communication. 3 months teaching, childcare, presentation, coaching, youth work, tutoring, etc. experience. Show confidence in communicating with pupils aged 11 - 16 years. Be happy to manage productivity and behaviour within the classroom. A degree or studying towards a degree is desirable. Have dedication to class participation and development. Hold strong interpersonal skills to communicate with pupils and staff.
