Working with small groups of children on specific learning objectives. Providing individual support to children with SEN. Maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment. Building positive relationships with pupils and staff. Essential Requirements: Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting / Nursery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about supporting children's learning and development. Eligibility to work in the UK.
