What This Role is All About - Support Care Worker -

Weymouth, Dorset As a Support Worker, you’ll work closely with adults with learning disabilities, helping them live more independently and achieve personal goals—big or small. Your days will be varied and rewarding, from assisting with daily activities to creating fun, innovative ways to support each person in reaching their own potential. You could be helping someone plan a budget, support them in pursuing a new hobby, or accompany them on a community outing. Every person is unique, and so is the support you’ll provide!
