Technical Services Representative (TSR) / Support Engineer

to join our dynamic team, maintaining and troubleshooting cutting-edge systems in gas turbine engine test facilities. As a TSR, you'll play a pivotal role in providing top-notch customer support while leading issue resolution and mitigating technical risks. This position requires a versatile skill set, where the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing, supervising, and consistently enhancing adherence to ISO accreditation, primarily focusing on the technical proficiency of the calibration process. What You'll Be Doing: Fueling Precision: Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and troubleshoot systems in Gas Turbine engine test facilities, fine-tuning them for peak performance. Customer-First Approach: Skillfully handle the day-to-day requirements of our valued customers, offering top-notch support, and providing continuous feedback to both clients and design authorities. Technical Trouble Shooter: Showcase your technical prowess by performing system troubleshooting, addressing software and hardware issues from the application level down to the assembly level. Problem Solving: As an instrumentation enthusiast, be able to take a piece of equipment not previously seen and utilize manuals and curiosity, knowledge, and experience to identify faults. Precision Calibration: Execute required system calibration and hardware maintenance, leaving no room for error in our precision instruments. Configuration Control: Ensure traceability and rigorous configuration control, safeguarding the integrity of our systems. Driving Innovation: Provide invaluable feedback to the hardware and software design departments, contributing to the evolution of current and proposed systems. Continuous Improvement: Actively monitor system operation and support processes, suggesting and implementing improvements to keep our systems operating at peak efficiency. Critical Spares Management: Ensure seamless operations by maintaining and managing critical spares for all system hardware. Ingenious Problem Solver: Propose preventative actions, workarounds, and solutions to tackle system problems head-on. Innovation Champion: Be a driving force in suggesting improvements to products, processes, and environmental aspects, fostering a culture of innovation. Precision Instrumentation: Tackle intricate instrumentation troubleshooting, measuring various parameters such as temperature, pressure, frequency, strain, vibration, and flow. 24/7 Team Player: Embrace the challenge of a 24/7 shift pattern, confidently working as a key team member to meet our clients' needs. What'll Help Your Success? 5+ Years of Technical Mastery: Accelerate your career with a

minimum of 5 years

experience working with electronics, instrumentation, and/or control systems, showcasing your technical prowess. Calibration & Measurement Guru: Your understanding of calibration and measurement systems will steer our projects towards unmatched precision. Must possess prior experience in conducting root cause analysis and dealing with measurement uncertainty within the calibration process. Data Acquisition Dynamo: A working knowledge of Data Acquisition Systems will fuel your ability to extract crucial insights from our test facilities.
