We are looking for passionate, hardworking and experienced individuals who are able to think on their feet, be able to problem solve and remain solution focused at all times, in the New Milton area.
The people we support are looking for candidates who can drive their mobility vehicles.
Experience in autism, learning disabilities and epilepsy is preferred including experience in providing active support and supporting people around their personal hygiene.

A calm, adaptable, enthusiastic and organised person Be a fun caring person who can adapt to the different support needs of people. Be a committed individual who also has good communication skills and the ability to communicate in different ways. Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team with people, their families, colleagues and other professionals in a proactive manner If you work a shift as a Lead you will be paid £16.00 per hour. Should you work a shift as a Support Worker you will be paid £14.50 per hour.
