Support Manager East of England, Lowestoft, Suffolk Up to 60k I am looking for a dedicated and experienced Support Manager to oversee the operations of a group of care homes in the East of England. In this Support Manager role you will: Be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, implementing policies and procedures. Provide effective leadership and management, ensuring that the appropriate people are recruited for key roles and that they are trained to complete their responsibilities. Recruit, train, and mentor care home managers and staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Monitor and manage the financial and business performance of the homes, including budgeting, financial reporting, and business development. Ensure that the homes are compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Implement action plans to maintain compliance and manage risks. Monitor and evaluate care delivery processes and outcomes, and implement improvements as needed. Ensure that the care homes provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for residents. Implement performance monitoring and reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and outcomes. For this great Manager's role, you will need: NMC registration as a Nurse with relevant post-registration experience. Proven experience in managing a care home or similar healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the care home industry. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of best practices in quality care and environment for elderly residents.
