Provided - must be able to travel UK wide An Energy Management Solutions company is looking for an experienced Support Manager from a hardware and electrical background to manage technical support issues and be the first line of contact for customers experiencing issues and outages. The team implements and supports a range of monitoring and controls equipment which monitors usage by an individual circuit on a distribution board, a single-phase machine or appliance asset on a ring main, or a three-phase piece of equipment. Software provides real-time feedback/dashboards which allow access to analytical data. Issues can arise which prevent the systems from receiving data (e.g., issues with power, connection, hardware failure, corrupted updates, or equipment failure) that need to be identified and resolved either remotely or on-site. You will liaise with customers, engineers, third-party suppliers, and network providers to resolve issues. You will learn the hardware the company provides, how to install it, program it, and train engineers on its capabilities. Experience Required:
Great communication and client-facing skills Electrical background, ideally holding 18th Edition, but as a minimum, have commercial experience as an electrician Good IT skills and an analytical approach Able to travel UK wide when required
