We are working with an Ofsted 'Outstanding' SEN School Trust that is seeking a Support Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
This Support Manager role will be based on one of their sites that cares for young people between the ages of 8-16 with a primary diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC).
They are seeking someone who has:
NVQ Level 3/4 or equivalent
Experience working with challenging behaviour
SECID experience
Communication and organisational skills
Experience implementing behaviour strategies
Driving license
You would be the ideal candidate if you also had:
Behaviour management training
Classroom experience
