Our client is looking for either an experienced Registered Manager / Supported Living Manager to manage a brand new small supported living service.
Responsibilities: Ensure the highest levels of care are delivered at all times. Manage a variety of services that deliver care to people with complex care / learning disabilities conditions. Ensure the supported living service remains compliant with CQC legislation.
Requirements: Experience as a Care Home Manager / Supported Living Manager / Service Manager. Strong knowledge of the autism care / learning disabilities care sector. Good communication skills. Prior experience of obtaining good CQC inspection reports.
