Our client is looking for an experienced Registered Manager / Supported Living Manager to manage a brand new small supported living service.
As the Registered Manager / Supported Living Manager, you will manage a variety of services that deliver care to people with complex care and learning disabilities conditions. You will ensure the highest levels of care are delivered at all times and that the supported living service remains compliant with CQC legislation.
Requirements:
Experience as a Care Home Manager / Supported Living Manager / Service Manager Strong knowledge of the autism care / learning disabilities care sector Good Communication Skills Prior experience of obtaining good CQC inspection reports
