The Role You'll play a HUGE part in making a difference in the lives of young people and adults with disabilities and additional support needs in the
Airdrie
and
Coatbridge
communities.
You'll support the individuals with daily living tasks which will involve support to appointments, shopping, meal planning, cooking, housework, finances, medication, and personal care. No two days are ever the same and you'll find yourself getting involved in activity clubs, swimming, going to the gym, bowling, shopping, going to the cinema, and the pub to name a few. About You
We recruit on values and transferable skills, so you don't need previous experience in care as a Support Worker or qualifications to start your career with us. We'll pay you for your training and give you all the skills you'll need. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualifications and your yearly SSSC registration fees!
For these opportunities, a driver with a full UK driving licence is essential as some of the people we support have their own mobility cars which they enjoy getting out in often.
