Our service involves supporting a lady with learning disabilities and a sensory impairment who has transitioned from a long stay in hospital into her new home. You’ll assist her with all aspects of daily living, including cooking, housework, shopping, medication, personal care, and finances. We are looking for individuals that are patient and understanding. You will be dedicated to forming a great relationship with this lady and the rest of the team to ensure that she is able to live as independently as possible. With your support, this lady will be able to maintain her own home and enjoy her local community. You’ll also support and encourage her hobbies and interests. For this role, we will need you to have a full UK Driving Licence with a year of experience on the roads. About You

As we're dedicated to providing around-the-clock support tailored to the needs of each individual, shift patterns will involve working 10:00-10:00 the next day (includes a sleepover). Weekends and public holidays will also form part of your rota on a rotational basis. Our sleepovers do not form part of your contracted hours; you will receive an additional payment of £96 for each sleepover that you work! Have Any Questions?
