We are expanding our work and require a Complex Care Support Worker to join our family for a rolling package - Immediate start. To apply for the Complex Care Support Worker position, you must have the required skills: At least 2 years of complex experience (within the last 2 years in the UK) and a firm understanding of learning difficulties/physical difficulties. Experience working with adults with complex needs. Familiarity with conditions such as Epilepsy, PEG, Cerebral Palsy, and Oxygen support. Able to provide 2 clinical references from your current/previous employer. Excellent bedside manner and communication skills. DBS Page 1 & 2 (Consent to apply). Please note – this is the shift pattern for the package and you must be able to comply: Paid shadow shifts Shift Patterns: Term Time - while at school: 14:00 - 19:00 07:00 - 19:00 Saturday and Sundays Nights - 19:00 - 09:00 Non Term Time (Holidays) 24/7: 07:00 - 19:00 and 19:00 - 07:00 The main focus for a Complex Care Support Worker will be on delivering hands-on person-centred care to our service users and will include: Providing clinical support as provided by our clinical lead. Providing nutrition and hydration support. Supporting with medication needs. Assisting in domestic duties. Complying with all policies and procedures. Liaising with management. Reporting back any concern relating to the health of the service user.
