• We’re looking for a caring and reliable Support Worker to support a friendly young gentleman to live life in a fun, safe and meaningful way.
• Our client is a friendly gentleman in his 20s with cerebral palsy and learning disabilities, living at home with his family and their dog.
• He benefits from support from someone caring, bubbly and dependable who can provide a calm and positive environment.

Additional role context

• Hours:36 hrs per week.
• Providing 1:1 support at home and in the community.
• Supporting with all aspects of personal care and daily living.
