Support Worker (Female Only)

Support Worker focuses on 24/7 support from expert regional care leads and nurses.

What the role involves

• 24/7 support from expert Regional Care Leads and Nurses.
• Wellbeing support including Blue Light Card and Spectrum Life counselling.

Skills and requirements

• Full UK driving licence (21+ for insurance purposes).
• You must be eligible to work in the UK. Home Care Direct does not offer sponsorship or work visas.
• Comfortable accompanying the client on outings and appointments.
• Experience with behaviour support.

Confirmed role details

• Days Flexible between 8am and 10pm.
• 16 hours per week.
• Support someone to enjoy trips, outings, and their favourite activities, while helping them feel confident, included, and valued.
