Support Worker for SEN Teaching Assistant Role , you will: Provide direct support to students with SEN, assisting them with their learning and development. Work closely with the teaching staff to deliver tailored interventions and support. Promote positive behaviour and ensure students are engaged. Assist in the preparation of learning materials and adapt them to suit individual needs. Support students in both 1:1 and small group settings, fostering their personal and academic growth.

About You To succeed as a
