Overview As a Support Worker, you will be an integral part of our team, offering compassionate and individualised support to people with a variety of needs. You will work to empower people to live as independently as possible, promoting personal growth, social inclusion, and a high quality of life. Responsibilities Providing tailored support to individuals in mental health and forensic services. Assisting with daily living tasks, social activities, and personal care (where required). Promoting independence through strength-based and person-centred approaches. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support.
