The Support Worker will be employed in the rehabilitation of adults with mental health problems within the community.
The Support Worker will be expected to advise and support persons with mental health difficulties and assist them to develop personal, occupational and life skills. The Support Worker will receive the relevant training to carry out these tasks.

You will be responsible for supporting someone to remain in their community. Support individuals to develop skills. Support individuals to access local activities including social and leisure pursuits.
