What the role involves

  • This rewarding role involves supporting a gentleman in his 30s who has learning disabilities and is registered blind to live independently in his own home.
  • Working alongside another support worker, you will work 10-hour waking night shifts from 10pm to 8am.
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment throughout the night.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and the person being supported.
  • Maintaining accurate records and follow support plans.

  • Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.

  • Support Worker- Waking Nights- £13.12 Per Hour + Benefits- Runcorn, Cheshire.
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with 20 and 30-hour contracts on offer.
  • Stream – Access up to 30% of your wages as you earn.
