Help older adults live their life how they choose and enjoy their later years. Support people to stay active and healthy by encouraging good nutrition and promoting fitness and mobility, as well as supporting emotional wellness. About the role

As a Support Worker (Carer, Care Worker, Care Assistant), you will have the opportunity to know people individually and support their wellbeing through physical and emotional care. You may also assist with medication, provide personal care, and encourage our people to achieve or maintain independence. No experience or qualifications are needed to get started. We will help and support you with fully paid training and development - we are looking for the right people with the right qualities. Riverside House is based in Kendal, and we have the capacity to support up to 34 residents, providing care, security, and companionship for those with Dementia, old age, and the physically frail. Working within our Residential Care Service will typically involve working shifts which usually cover between 7am until 10pm (days) or 9.30pm - 7.30am (nights) over 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This will include alternate weekends (as part of a set rota) and Bank Holidays. Application and Interview Information
