Howard Finley Care Ltd Job Advert: Support Workers & Team Leaders - Hounslow Position : Support Workers & Team Leaders Location : Hounslow Contract : Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week) Salary : £12.50 - £17.00 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience) My client is an independent, community-based service providing high-quality care for vulnerable adults with mental health problems. Our focus is on delivering individualised, person-centred care for people stepping down from hospital or those unable to live independently. We support individuals with a range of needs, including dual diagnosis, challenging behaviours, forensic history, and personality disorders.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personalised care and support to adults with mental health conditions, working towards the goal of independence. Develop and implement individual care and support plans in collaboration with service users. Assist in creating a safe and therapeutic environment. Support with day-to-day activities, encouraging social inclusion and promoting wellbeing. Work flexibly to cover a range of shifts, including days, nights, and sleep-ins (fixed sleep-in rate to be discussed at the interview).
Requirements: NVQ qualification
in Health & Social Care (preferred but not essential). Driving licence
(preferred). Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends. A commitment to providing person-centred, therapeutic support. Experience working with individuals with mental health needs, challenging behaviours, or forensic histories is desirable.
